The Bible is the most precious treasure possessed by Christians. The Bible is the only book that has saturated all areas of our lives, our literature and our language. The character of its contents is such that its laws are reflected in human society, the content of its history is true, the quality of its poetry is unequaled, and its stories and parables are masterpieces of literature. The Bible is the one and only authentic record of God’s Revelation of Himself to man. It is the only book that is profitable for teaching God’s truth; profitable for rebuking those in sin; profitable for correcting those in error; and profitable for guiding all believers in God’s ways. All Scripture teaches Christians what’s right, what’s wrong, how to get right and how to stay right.
